Following the takeover by Bernd Behrens and Marco Siegmund, 4Care strengthens its profile and relaunches its website.

In 2012, Hamburg business graduate Bernd Behrens and Kiel business graduate Marco Siegmund took over as owners and managing directors of 4Care GmbH and made noticeable changes. The entire company, which unites the brands Lenscare, Lennox eyewear and Acumed as well as the online store Lensbest under its umbrella, has thoroughly revised its strategy and considerably strengthened its profile.

Aiming to become the most customer-oriented company on the market and bring the entire world of vision to life, 4Care has taken classic multichannel distribution to the next level by systematically linking all distribution and communication channels.

With its individual products and services, 4Care now aims to reach multi-optional customers who wish to use all channels simultaneously: specialist stores, retail outlets, the Internet. The company has developed from a multichannel supplier to an omni-channel supplier.
