Our Shareholders

Triginta Capital is an independent private equity partnership
headquartered in Düsseldorf and they use the funds Triginta
Capital Fund II GmbH & Co. KG and Berlin Capital Fund GmbH
to invest in 4CARE AG. Triginta Capital manages private equity
funds with an aggregate fund volume of approximately
EUR 500 million. Since foundation of the organisation in the
year 1999, six private equity funds have been launched or
have been taken over, respectively.

Triginta Capital concentrates on investing into medium-sized
companies that have operational profitability and positive
cash flow. In an attractive market environment, the companies
stand out from their competitors and offer a convincing strategy,
as well as growth potentials. The regional investment focus
of Triginta Capital is in German speaking regions.
