Bernd Behrens (Chief Executive Officer)
A graduate in business from Hamburg,
Bernd Behrens has been the sole member of the
board at 4CARE AG since January 2007 and, since
then, has brought his professional experience
from large international mail-order groups and
from the time he worked for various medium-sized
enterprises to improve the development of the
business. His focus has always been on seeing
the company as a whole and implementing
multi-channel concepts. These concepts
are the key to lasting customer loyalty and,
therefore, are an essential pillar of the
current, positive business development
of 4CARE AG.


Marco Siegmund
(Commercial Director and Authorised Signatory)
Born in Kiel, Marco Siegmund has been working for the company since the end of the 1990s. During his studies, he already supported the area of Finance and Controlling and, as a qualified graduate in business,
he is currently Commercial Director and is responsible for the area of Finance/Controlling in 4CARE AG.

Thomas Bauer (Sales Director and Authorised Signatory)
Thomas Bauer is a trained optician and it was during his training that he discovered a great passion for sales. As Sales Director for 4CARE AG, he can make optimal use of his years of experience in both optics and sales.
